I have had a fabulous time picking out my
fabrics and threads I want to use to make Daisy Days BOM.
I am using these fabrics and threads
as they are similar to Jenny’s
and
as I have used all my Sew Cherry fabrics all up in this quilt
I picked out similar ones to use.
The threads are Aurifil Cotton Mako Ne12 which are equal to two threads of DMC.
I love using these threads as they don't tangle like others do.
I too am looking forward to the next block as I will be taking it
away with me to Western Australia (I live in Victoria) when I visit my kids and
grandkids and a new grandbaby.
To be born on the 5th July and we don't know what its going
to be so there has been no specific coloured sewing.
Hugs to all………
Your bonnie and camille fabrics will compliment Jennys pattern nicely. Enjoy your trip to Perth, my grandbabies live there too!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful fabrics and threads, Vicki. They will work beautifully for the quilt. Not long now till you head over to Perth again. How exciting for you. :) Hugs xx
