I am so sorry.....I completely got tangled up in other things and didnt get back in here to let you all know what I was excited about. Well....I was excited about going to Nat's place and picking up the Wedding Quilt for my son and his fiance for their wedding which is happening in 5 weeks.
I know you all want to see it but I can't show you it until my son and his fiance have seen it as its a surprise for them. They know they are getting it but they don't know what it looks like or what pattern I have used or fabrics etc. I got Nat to quilt it for me on her lovely big quilting machine
and am totally delighted with her quilting she did on the quilt. Nat is one clever cookie :) Thanks Nat for doing fantastic quilting on the quilt.
So the first one to guess what I was excited about was Fiona and I will send you something very soon Fee...I just got to put some finishing touches to it and then it will be on its way to you.
Thanks everyone for guessing and I loved all your guesses....They all would be exciting to have happen :)
I hope you all are having some exciting things happen for you.....
Hugs to all..........
Looking forward to seeing your quilt!! I'm sure it's gorgeous. Happy Stitching!!

ReplyDeleteNot that it matters one bit.
Hi Vicki, I get such a lot of pleasure from the patterns you create - not sure if you are travelling away for your sons wedding but I would love to send you some luggage tags if you haven't already got some. If so please let me know if there is a favoured colour, and of course your address.
