Basic Fabric Requirements for Flirting with Flowers BOM

002
I have had a few asking how much fabric is required is needed to do this BOM. Well as I haven’t worked out the full quilt I can’t tell you that, but I can tell you that for the blocks and yes there are more than 6, you are needing the following fabric amounts.
~~~~~~
Light B/G fabric – ¼ yard
2 blocks are 8 ¼ x 6 ½ inch rectangles – Light B/G fabric
2 blocks are 9 ½ x 2 ½ inch rectangles – Light B/G fabric
2 blocks are 4 x 4 ½ inch rectangles – Light B/G fabric
Medium B/G fabric – ½ yard
2 blocks are 8 1/4 x 9 ½ inch rectangles – Medium B/G fabric
Light Tone on Tone fabric – ¼ yard
2 blocks are 8 x 8 inch squares – Light Tone on Tone fabric
B/G = Back Ground.
I am calling this BOM …Flirting with Flowers.
~~~~~~~~
Have you downloaded the first block yet? You can find it here.
Next month on the 1st, the next block (block 2) will be available to download and this 1st block will be in my Etsy shop.
The picture above is a sneak peek at next months block.
have fun and hugs to all……Vicki

  14. Hello lovely! :-)

    Thank you for the previous link for purchasing the Floriani products, it sounds fabulous not having to cut into your fabric to remove the alternative papers that can be used. :-)

    I love this BOM Vicki! It's "gawjus" (now *who* says that?!!) he he he...

    Loves ya!
